Sorry, we do not accept pets but do allow service animals. Our 2 & 3 bedroom units are townhouse style with bedrooms and bath upstairs. HEAT is furnished but residents pay electricity. There is off street parking and laundry facilities on site.

Chenana Apartments is at 5190 Amherst Dr. off of Chena Pump Rd. 52 units- 1, 2, & 3 bdrms, On the bus line, close to schools & University. If you like trees this is a excellent spot to check out.

Executive Estates is at 1620 Washington Dr. off Airport Way. There are 108 units, 30- 1 bdrm, 60-2 bdrm, & 18-3 bdrm. Lots of open spaces, 3 playgrounds, basketball court and close to shopping. On the bus line and close to the University.

Little Dipper is at 1910 Turner St. off of 17th Ave. A 52 unit complex with 10-1 bdrm. Close to the hospital, schools & downtown. On the bus line and close to Ft. Wainwright. 30 units have project based section 8 assistance. We take vouchers for the remaining 21 units. The property is tax credit.
